This is another work stemming from curious experimentation and combining multiple methods.
It started with a photograph that had been taken with long exposure, edited to fry up the base, and then I dragged and warped it around in Photoshop until I ended up with some nice shapes.
In the following I duplicated the shape I liked the most, and the final image was completed. Afterwards I tried out some more variations, but still preferred the one I startd to call "Rainbow Bird" the most.
The name came to my mind because it reminds me of a bird, in a verys abstract way of course, but the shapes and format kind of give me this association.
Around 1 1/2 years later in May 2026, I made an updated version with some minor changes to improve the file for being printed.
This version will also be used for my MUPI, a poster every graduate receives as a gift from AKI, and which are displayed on advertisement boards around the town.
